I’ve had the pleasure of working with Vijay and can speak firsthand to his exceptional work ethic. He is hardworking, professional, and someone you can consistently rely on. Even during the birth of his child, he continued to offer support—despite my strong protests—which speaks volumes about his willingness to go above and beyond for his clients.

Dale is unmatched in terms of Los Angeles area recruiting. Dale helped me find a firm which was a perfect fit for me. From working together, it quickly became clear that Dale has a wealth of experience and an unparalleled net of connections. Yet, what I appreciate the most is how Dale took the time to connect with my professional journey on a personal level. He was patient and attentive, celebrating good news with me, and offering me perspective when my confidence ebbed. I could tell he really cared about me, which, combined with Dale's formidable expertise, is exactly what you want in a recruiter. Overall, I could not recommend Dale enough.

I had a great experience working with Ed. From our first conversation, he was responsive, honest, and transparent. He took the time to understand my background, career trajectory, and goals, ensuring that every opportunity he presented was aligned with what I was looking for in a lateral move. He was thoughtful and strategic in his approach, never pushing roles that weren’t a good fit. Instead, over the course of several months, he provided insightful guidance, helping me evaluate options and make informed decisions. His ability to listen and tailor his recommendations to my specific needs set him apart. Most importantly, Ed was someone I could trust. He was always available to answer questions, offer perspective, and provide candid advice throughout the process. His professionalism and commitment to finding the right fit were clear in every interaction. I truly recommend Ed to any legal professional looking for a recruiter who is knowledgeable, straightforward, and truly invested in helping candidates make the right move.

I've worked with legal recruiters before but none have been as thoughtful and thorough as Priya. She took the time to understand my situation and goals, and then tailored a list of firms she believed would be a good match. With Priya's help and guidance, I received multiple offers from Am Law 100 firms. The firm I ended up going with has been an amazing fit so far. Couldn't recommend her enough!
