Jessica was a great resource in my lateral transition process. She identified the right opportunities and encouraged me to apply. She was with me every step of the way in the application, interview, and acceptance process. She is very patient and and provided me insightful advice throughout my search process. I enjoyed working with Jessica!
I want to thank Andrew from the bottom of my heart, Allison and the whole team at LHH for helping me get my dream job. Andrew took the time to understand my background, where I saw myself headed and made sure I was connected to the right people at LHH. Thank you so much Andrew, always grateful for everything you have done for me ☺️

I highly recommend any person in the legal field to work with Alice as their recruiter. She helps you before, during and after the interview process with useful tips and tricks for the lateral market. She gives helpful and real advice without pressuring you to take an interview or move forward in the process if you are uncomfortable or not interested. Alice also provided great resources throughout the interview process about potential firms. If I wasn’t so happy with my current job that Alice helped me land, I would still be working with her!
