Dale was a thoughtful and diligent recruiter. He listened to what I wanted and worked hard to find me the opportunities I was interested in, even when it was a tough sell on the other side. This was markedly different from other recruiters I had worked with who seemed more interested in selling me on the opportunities they needed to fill when it became clear that it was going to be hard to help me fulfill my goals. He successfully helped me switch markets and practice areas and lateral to a dream position after having taken a year and a half off biglaw to go public interest. This was a real challenge and I could not have managed it without him. Cannot recommend him highly enough!
