About the Team

You'll be joining the Debt Finance team in our New York office. This practice focuses on syndicated financing across a wide range of finance transactions. You will report directly to the New York Debt Finance partners and work closely with other partners, associates, and staff both in the U.S. and abroad. The team advises clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for a mid-level Debt Finance Associate in our New York office. Your primary responsibility will be to advise clients on banking and finance matters. The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $435,000, dependent on your JD year. The comprehensive compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus, paid leave, life, health, accident, and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

In this role, you'll

  • Draft and review leveraged finance commitment papers and credit agreements.

We're seeking someone with experience including

  • 4-7 years of experience focused on all aspects of Debt Finance.
  • Solid debt and leveraged finance experience gained from a major law firm.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted, and in good standing, to the bar in your practicing jurisdiction, or able to provide written confirmation of ability to become admitted.
  • Preferred class years: 2021-2018.
