Private Client Associate position in the New York office.
Responsible for drafting a broad range of estate planning documents, including wills, trust agreements, assignments, advance directives, and promissory notes.
Assist with estate and trust administration matters, such as surrogate's court proceedings, accountings, and receipt and release agreements.
Provide advice to clients across estate planning, administration, tax, philanthropic, and fiduciary matters.
Requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree (or LLM/foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school.
Must have previous trusts and estates experience, ideally from a large law firm.
Seeking candidates with JD graduation years 2022-2023.
The annualized base salary range for this position in New York is $260,000 - $310,000.
