Energy Associate role within the Corporate Practice Group.
Requires 1-4 years of transactional experience gained at a large law firm.
Ideally, candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in energy development and/or energy project finance.
Prior experience drafting energy-related development agreements or with tax equity financing structures is desirable.
Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Requires excellent academic credentials, along with strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Must be admitted to the bar in the state of your chosen office location (DC, Florida, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, or Texas).
Available office locations include Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, various Florida offices, Houston, New York, and Washington D.C.
Annual base salary ranges from $200,000 - $275,000 (specified for the DC office).
Compensation package includes an annual discretionary bonus.
