This is for a Litigation Associate position.
Requires 3 to 4 years of experience in civil litigation.
Must possess an active membership with The Florida Bar.
A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
Candidates should have strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Preferred experience includes preparing federal and state court filings.
Preferred experience includes handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, and managing discovery and motions.
Federal and state court trial experience is highly valued.
Prior clerkship experience is also beneficial.
