Overview

  • Associate role requiring 3-5 years of finance experience.
  • Available in New York, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Boston, and Chicago offices.
  • Strong academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required.
  • Must be admitted to and in good standing with the bar in the intended state of practice.
  • Debt Finance practice advising private credit, private equity, investment funds, public/private companies, and financial institutions.
  • Representing credit investors in structuring novel credit investments, including direct lending for acquisitions, financing distressed companies, and funding growth capital.
  • Representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in large-cap and middle-market debt finance matters.
  • Handling complex transactions such as leveraged buyouts, domestic and cross-border acquisitions, senior secured debt, high yield, bridge financings, asset-based facilities, and general corporate finance.
  • Active in debt restructuring matters, representing both debtors and creditors.
  • This is an in-person role.
  • Base salary range for New York City is $225,000 to $420,000, with additional benefits.
