Overview

Finance Associate position with Alston & Bird's Corporate Debt team in Atlanta.
Seeking candidates with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience.
Expertise required in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and commercial finance transactions.
Specific experience with cash flow credit facilities is a key requirement.
Prior experience in the private debt space is strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
Must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Strong academic credentials are a key requirement for this role.
