Associate position available in the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring group, based in the New York office.
Seeking candidates within the 2nd to 5th year associate class.
Requires at least two years of experience in corporate Chapter 11 restructuring, bankruptcy, and related litigation.
Preferred qualifications include a clerkship in the Southern District of New York, District of Delaware, or Southern District of Texas, and prior large law firm experience.
Candidates must possess superior written and oral communication skills, strong legal drafting abilities, and the capacity to take ownership of workstreams and mentor junior associates.
Expectations include active contribution to business development activities, such as networking and client outreach.
The good faith base salary range for this position is $225,000 to $305,000 annually, with the final offer dependent on relevant experience, education, bar admissions, and overall qualifications.
