Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience handling commercial litigation and insurance/reinsurance coverage matters, including managing complex discovery and document production.
Candidates should possess substantive deposition experience, encompassing both taking and defending depositions, as well as experience arguing motions.
Trial and/or arbitration experience is considered a plus.
