Labor & Employment Associate position at ArentFox Schiff's Boston office.
Seeking candidates with 2-4 years of post-JD experience.
Work will focus on the Labor, Employment & OSHA practice group, supporting major national companies.
Required experience includes employment advice and counsel, drafting employment policies and agreements, and litigation (restrictive covenants, single plaintiff claims, and class actions).
Traditional labor experience is a plus.
Candidates must have a strong academic record and excellent research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Active membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar is required.
The base salary range is $225,000 to $275,000 annually, with the specific offer based on experience, education, bar admissions, and qualifications.
