Overview

Seeking an attorney (8th-year class or above) for a Senior Associate, Counsel, or Income Partner position.
Join the Private Clients, Trusts & Estates practice group.
This position is open to candidates in any ArentFox Schiff office location nationwide.
Advise family offices and closely-held business owners on sophisticated lifetime and testamentary planning strategies.
Responsibilities include research and projection of tax implications, preparing client educational materials, and direct client communication.
Manage client projects from inception to conclusion, including task lists, timelines, team accountability, adapting plans, and project leadership.
Requires a strong understanding of income, fiduciary, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax regimes.
Supervise junior attorneys and work directly with two active partners on significant multi-generational client matters, including second-chairing large matters and independently managing others.
Opportunity to develop your own business network and book of client business.
Requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a willingness to complete projects on short notice to meet client deadlines.
The base salary range for this position is $350,000 to $500,000 per year, dependent on relevant experience, education, and qualifications.
