Overview

Work directly with two partners with active and growing practices, assisting by second-chairing very large matters and independently managing others.
Engage in ongoing and extensive work on significant multi-line and multi-generational client matters.
Advise family offices and closely-held business owners, developing and effectuating sophisticated lifetime and testamentary planning strategies.
Responsibilities include direct participation in and supervision of research and projection of tax implications of planning techniques, preparation of client educational and summary materials, and meeting and communicating directly with clients.
Requires experience managing client projects from inception to conclusion, including preparing task lists and timelines, holding internal and external team members accountable, identifying impacts of new facts, adapting plans as needed, and leading the team to project conclusion.
Requires a strong understanding of income, fiduciary, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax regimes.
