Defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance, with an emphasis on product liability and commercial matters involving the aviation and transportation industry sectors.
Requires excellent writing skills, demonstrated by experience gained through a clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
Requires experience with all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, working with experts, and trial.
Requires superior academic credentials.
Requires comfort with analyzing complex legal issues, including contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues.
Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.
The team works on some of the largest, most challenging matters for blue-chip companies worldwide.
Candidates with a strong interest in the field of aviation, and/or a technical background in aerospace or mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences are especially encouraged to apply (not a prerequisite).
