Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, with excellent academic credentials.
Licensure to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office is preferred, but not mandatory.
Candidates should possess strong analytical, investigative, and problem-resolution skills, alongside advanced oral and written communication abilities.
This role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize numerous tasks under time constraints, and the capacity to provide guidance to legal support staff.
This is a full-time, hybrid position available in Austin, Dallas, Houston, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.
The hybrid work model requires a minimum of three days (60%) per week in the office, with up to two days (40%) performed remotely.
For positions based in California or New York offices, the salary range is $120,000 - $200,000, with compensation depending on experience for all locations.
Expect additional hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet deadlines and manage peak workloads. Local and out-of-town travel may also be required.
