Experience advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, and general corporate matters.
Preferred experience includes public and private company governance, securities law compliance, and related regulatory matters.
Significant experience working directly with clients and senior deal teams on sophisticated transactions for private equity sponsors, public and private companies, and institutional investors is required.
