The role focuses on representing banks or non-bank lenders and lessors in financing transactions, assisting with structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing loan agreements, lease agreements, security documents, and other related transactional documents.
The firm's Financial Services Transactions practice group is a nationally recognized and established team.
A Maryland law license is required, or the ability to sit for the Maryland Bar and obtain licensure promptly.
