Responsibilities include managing sophisticated contract negotiations and advising clients on legal and business risk.
Experience with health care technology, digital health, health IT, or health care provider/vendor contracting is a plus.
Additional helpful experience includes advising on state-level data privacy laws, HIPAA, data use and sharing arrangements, AI-related contracting considerations, privacy and security issues in corporate transactions, AI governance, or data-related M&A diligence.
The position requires the ability to manage matters independently.
