Overview

  • The Digital Assets and Data Management (DADM) Group is a premier, globally recognized, and market-leading practice that handles significant cybersecurity matters and is at the forefront of privacy, cybersecurity, and digital risk.
  • The role involves advising national and multinational clients on cybersecurity incidents, post-incident regulatory investigations, and advisory work, including incident response tabletops, cybersecurity program building, and risk assessments.
  • The practice handles sophisticated, cutting-edge privacy and cybersecurity matters, offering significant client interaction and substantial responsibility in a fast-paced environment often involving urgent and time-sensitive matters.
  • Requirements include experience guiding clients through cybersecurity incident response (including regulatory inquiries and litigation) and advising on privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and risk management issues.
  • Familiarity with state, national, and international privacy and cybersecurity laws (e.g., state breach notice laws, CCPA, GDPR, GLBA) is a plus; Am Law 100 experience is preferred.
  • Candidates with at least three years of commercial litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in cybersecurity will also be considered.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data privacy and security laws, regulations, and industry-standard security frameworks, along with the ability to translate technical concepts and forensic findings into practical business advice for non-technical stakeholders.
  • The role requires exceptional project management skills, an interest in technology, cybersecurity, and forensic investigations, and the ability to work effectively with technical professionals, business teams, and outside vendors.
