Overview

Associate (3-7 PQE) for a nationally recognized Labor and Employment group in the Atlanta office.
Represent public and private companies, senior executives, and management teams.
Counsel clients on employment law issues, restrictive covenants, executive compensation, and contract negotiations.
Handle employment-related litigation, including legal research, fact development, deposition preparation, written discovery, and drafting motions/briefs.
Provide corporate deal support, conduct employment-related due diligence, and draft/negotiate employment agreements.
Practice involves a blend of litigation, counseling, and transactional work.
3-7 years of commercial litigation and/or employment litigation experience required; prior employment-specific litigation is beneficial but not mandatory.
Proficiency in legal research, persuasive writing, and oral communication skills is essential.
J.D. from a nationally recognized law school and admission to the Georgia Bar, or eligibility to waive in, are required.
Am Law 100 firm experience is strongly preferred.
