Overview

Junior Litigation Associate in the Digital Assets and Data Management Practice Group, based in Philadelphia, PA or Wilmington, DE.
Requires 2-3 years of post-JD litigation experience, specifically in civil, class action, criminal, or regulatory matters.
Focuses on advising clients in investigations and litigation across cybersecurity, digital privacy, Internet speech (including defamation, stalking, threats, and First Amendment issues), cybercrime, white-collar crime, intellectual property theft, commercial, and employment issues.
Handles a litigation docket that includes civil and criminal cases, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and digital privacy class actions, commercial and employment disputes, and regulatory enforcement actions.
Manages an investigations docket that includes internal, regulatory, grand jury, and congressional investigations.
Requires significant pre-trial experience, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Demands outstanding writing and oral communication skills; experience gained through law journals or judicial clerkships is beneficial.
J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school with a strong academic record is required.
Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania or Delaware, or be eligible to waive into Pennsylvania.
Candidates should demonstrate an interest in the intersection of law and technology, and a desire to build substantive expertise in the practice's core areas.
