The role is an off-track associate attorney position focused on U.S. and global immigration matters.
Work includes drafting and assembling employer-sponsored visa petitions, including complex NIV and IV petitions, RFE responses, and motions.
Support the PERM Labor Certification process and prepare first drafts of client communications for senior Associates and Partners.
Track and analyze client documentation to ascertain whether it meets evidentiary standards for common NIV and IV cases.
Monitor agency guidance, policy changes, and emerging legislation, assessing its impact on clients' businesses.
Global immigration experience is a plus for this position.
