Deal teams operate with a relatively lean structure compared to other types of transactions.
Requires substantive experience representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and/or lenders in a full range of debt finance transactions, including acquisition financings, ABLs, term loan facilities, senior and mezzanine debt, dividend and other recapitalizations, and refinancing.
Preferred experience includes serving as a key member of deal teams, taking responsibility for running signings and closings, and drafting and negotiating debt commitment papers and credit documentation.
Helpful to have exposure to middle-market private equity transactions.
Helpful to have prior experience working with or representing alternative credit providers and private lenders.
