The team provides quality tax advice covering aspects of tax planning and transactions, dispute resolution (both administrative and litigation), tax policy, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, and wealth management tax advice and planning.

About the Role

This is a Mid to Senior-Level Tax Associate position within the Tax Planning and Transactions practice. The role involves advising companies on and assisting in the implementation of complex cross-border transactions.

In this role, you'll

  • Drafting memoranda and opinions on current, complex US tax issues.

We're seeking someone with experience including

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in international and corporate tax issues.
  • Top academic credentials.
  • LLM in Taxation (favorably considered).
  • Admitted to and a member in good standing of the state bar for the office location.
