Litigation Associate position based in Wilmington, DE.
Requires 4-6 years of litigation experience.
Strong preference for experience with Delaware Chancery Court matters, including shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and governance issues.
Experience in commercial litigation and/or securities litigation is also beneficial.
Must possess an active Delaware bar license.
Key requirements include excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.
The role involves representing regional, national, and international clients as lead counsel in Delaware’s Chancery, Superior, Supreme, and District Courts.
The salary range for this position is $250,000 – $305,000.
Lawyers may be eligible for additional incentive and/or profit-sharing bonus programs.
