Overview

Associate position within a Finance practice.
Requires 3-6 years of experience in complex transactional finance.
Based in Philadelphia, Phoenix, or Minneapolis.
Represents institutional clients including commercial banks, finance companies, direct purchasers, private equity firms, investors, developers, and non-profits.
Experience with syndicated and and portfolio finance transactions is essential.
Must have strong working knowledge of UCC Article 9 and bankruptcy code in commercial finance contexts.
Experience with workouts/restructuring, M&A, or private equity transactions is a plus.
Requires excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and analytical skills.
An active bar license in the desired office location is mandatory.
The salary range is $210,000 – $305,000, with final compensation dependent on experience, qualifications, and location.
Eligibility for incentive bonus and/or profit-sharing programs.
