**Role:** Mid-level Associate within the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Minneapolis.
**Experience:** 4-6 years of litigation experience from a law firm or clerkship.
**Specialized Expertise:** Required experience with commercial real estate loan defaults and workouts.
**Core Skills:** Excellent writing, strong attention to detail, and a solid academic record.
**Practice Scope:** Represent local, national, and international clients in complex litigation across state and federal courts, at both trial and appellate levels.
**Key Responsibilities:** Manage cases, draft pleadings and briefs, handle discovery, and conduct oral advocacy.
**Bar Requirement:** Active Minnesota Bar license or eligibility to waive in.
**Base Salary:** $230,000 - $260,000, dependent on experience.
