Requires 3-5 years of litigation experience.
Preferred experience includes commercial, corporate, financial services, real estate, regulatory, or construction disputes.
Must possess excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and solid academic credentials.
An active Arizona bar license is required, or eligibility to waive in.
Represent a broad spectrum of local, national, and international clients in complex litigation matters.
Handle cases across local, state, and federal courts, at both trial and appellate levels.
Compensation package includes a salary, with potential eligibility for incentive and profit-sharing bonuses.
