Overview

Mid-level Staff Attorney in a consumer finance litigation practice.
This is a non-partnership track position.
Requires 5+ years of experience in consumer finance and mortgage litigation.
Specific experience needed with the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Equal Opportunity Credit Act (ECOA), and federal/state unfair, deceptive, and abusive acts and practices (UDAAP) laws.
Positions are available in Denver, CO; Mt. Laurel, NJ; or Philadelphia, PA.
Active bar license is required in the state of employment (Colorado, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania).
California bar admission is strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
The salary range is $150,000 to $225,000, depending on experience.
