Overview

First Year Associate (JD 2026) opening within the Housing Finance practice group.
Focus on agency and real estate finance law, including loan origination and servicing.
Work involves national transactions, with exposure to deals across all 50 states.
Position is available in Baltimore, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, or Washington D.C.
Candidates must have a JD 2026, strong academic credentials, excellent writing and communication skills, and demonstrated interest in finance law.
Prior finance or transactional experience is helpful but not required.
Associates receive significant responsibility, substantial client contact, and are encouraged to participate in marketing and business development.
The role emphasizes teamwork within the practice group.
Salary range is $200,000 to $215,000, with potential eligibility for incentive and/or profit-sharing bonuses.
