Overview

Junior Health Care Associate position based in New York or Philadelphia.
Requires 2-4 years of legal experience.
An active bar license in the desired location is mandatory.
Candidates must demonstrate strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.
The role involves representing health care payors and/or providers.
Requires in-depth knowledge of federal and state health care laws, including Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Affordable Care Act, False Claims Act, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and the corporate practice of medicine doctrine.
Clients include hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, long-term care facilities, insurance companies, and specialty providers.
Attorneys counsel clients on a range of matters including regulatory, compliance, transactional, financing, real estate, intellectual property, benefits and compensation, and labor and employment within the health care sector.
The salary range for this position is $220,000-$255,000, with potential eligibility for incentive and/or profit-sharing bonuses.
