Overview

Associate position within the Housing & Real Estate Finance Group.
Requires 2-5 years of post-JD legal experience.
Mandatory experience in commercial real estate finance.
Preferred experience includes working with multifamily lenders (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA programs), strong title insurance, and survey review.
Practice involves national finance work, including loan origination and servicing across all 50 states.
Associates receive significant responsibility, direct client contact, and are encouraged to participate in business development.
Location options: Baltimore, Minneapolis, or Washington D.C.
Active bar license in Maryland, Minnesota, or D.C. is required.
Strong academic credentials are expected.
Salary range: $205,000-$275,000, depending on location and experience.
