Responsibilities include managing all aspects of class action, single-plaintiff litigation, and administrative charge work.
Specific tasks involve preparing position statements, evaluating claims, mediation preparation, discovery, depositions, drafting motions, and preparing cases for arbitration and trial.

Salary range is $205,000 - $260,000, determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
