Overview

  • Associate Attorney for Ballard Spahr's Labor & Employment Litigation practice in Portland, Oregon.
  • Requires 2 to 5 years of relevant Labor & Employment Litigation experience.
  • Responsibilities include managing all aspects of class action, single-plaintiff litigation, and administrative charge work.
  • Specific tasks involve preparing position statements, evaluating claims, mediation preparation, discovery, depositions, drafting motions, and preparing cases for arbitration and trial.
  • Conduct research on federal, state, and local employment laws and provide strategic input on dispute avoidance and resolution.

  • Must possess excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.
  • Salary range is $205,000 - $260,000, determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
