Support the Real Estate Department as a Paralegal, focusing on large-scale transactions.
Core responsibilities include developing transaction checklists, managing due diligence, coordinating closing processes, and handling post-closing matters.
Prepare essential closing documents (indices, binders, signature packets), review title and survey commitments, and coordinate document recordation.
Conduct legal research utilizing various databases and liaise with vendors and agencies for necessary certificates and searches.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in either the Seattle or Portland office.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably within a law firm setting.
Candidates must have proven experience managing and tracking large document submissions or transactions, with required expertise in title and survey work. Commercial real estate or finance experience is preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, drafting, and proofreading skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, document management systems, and time-keeping software is required.
A Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate is preferred.
The targeted salary range for this position is $90,000–$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
