Overview

The firm is seeking a Trademark Staff Attorney for a non-partnership track role.
This position is available in Philadelphia, Atlanta, or Phoenix.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in domestic and international trademark clearance and prosecution.
Knowledge of U.S. copyright law is beneficial but not mandatory.
Primary responsibilities include mark selection, clearance, registration, and enforcement, as well as copyright registration and enforcement advice.
Candidates must possess excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and solid academic credentials.
Active Bar admission in the chosen jurisdiction, or the ability to waive into that Bar, is a prerequisite.
Compensation includes a salary and potential eligibility for a profit-sharing bonus program.
