Overview

  • The role focuses on providing day-to-day case support for business immigration matters, with a particular emphasis on serving Japanese-speaking clients.
  • Responsibilities include demonstrating expertise in procedural and processing requirements for various business non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions with USCSI and consular applications, specifically E1/E2, L1A/L1B, L Blanket, H, L, TN, O, P, PERM, I-140, and AOS.
  • Daily tasks involve independently analyzing case documents, preparing business immigration applications for attorney review and submission, taking ownership of the case docket, and assisting with the review of Japanese-language documents and communications.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages, is required for effective communication with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Previous experience is required in preparing business immigration applications with USCSI and Consular processing, including a demonstrated understanding of visa petitions such as E1/E2, L1A/L1B, L Blanket, H, L, TN, O, P, PERM, I-140, and AOS; experience with other immigration matters is considered a plus.
