The role involves a preference for experience in complex commercial litigation, white collar matters, and regulatory enforcement proceedings.
Candidates should possess substantive experience across all phases of litigation and investigations, including briefing and motion practice, fact development, discovery, hearings, and, ideally, trials.
Experience assisting with internal investigations, government inquiries, and other regulatory matters is desirable.
Experience with SEC investigations or enforcement matters is a plus.
