The position involves conducting legal research in securities, tax, bankruptcy, and municipal law, assisting with distressed municipal debt restructurings, and direct interaction with clients and various transaction participants.
Candidates should have finance, real estate, or other transactional experience, with public finance experience being preferred but not required; experience as bond, disclosure, or underwriter’s counsel, or with bond/finance transactions, restructurings, tax, and bankruptcy is a plus.
