The Chicago office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Bankruptcy Associate with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation, including bankruptcy proceedings, motion practice, creditors’ rights, restructuring matters, and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players, have outstanding professional and academic credentials and be admitted to practice in Illinois.

The target annual pay range for this role in Chicago is $235,000 - $310,000. Positions outside of Chicago will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome’s total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include bonuses based on performance.
