Overview

Patent Attorney or Patent Agent supporting a patent prosecution practice.
Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
Role can be based in Chicago, New York, Houston, Philadelphia, South Florida, or Washington, D.C. offices.
Required educational background: Master’s or Ph.D. in chemistry, organic chemistry, applied chemistry, polymer science, polymer engineering, biochemistry, or a related field.
Draft and prosecute patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Manage international patent prosecution and support due diligence.
Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and be Patent Bar eligible.
If applying as an Attorney, current state bar admission is required.
Demonstrated strong attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple client and internal deadlines from various partners and clients.
This is a non-partner track position.
