The role is for a Litigation Associate based in Blank Rome LLP's Princeton, NJ office.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of post-JD litigation experience.
Experience in complex commercial litigation is required, specifically within New Jersey state and federal courts.
New Jersey bar admission is mandatory for this position.
New York and/or Pennsylvania bar admission is considered a plus.
Clerkship experience is preferred, but not a strict requirement.
Strong academic and professional credentials are expected.
The target annual salary range for the Princeton, NJ office is $220,000 - $280,000.
Additional compensation includes performance-based bonuses.
