Overview

  • Associate position primarily focused on international matters.
  • Requires 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • This role is based in the firm's Miami office.
  • Florida Bar admission is required, or eligibility to obtain it promptly.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong academic credentials are essential.
  • Work involves advising high net-worth individuals, businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and trustees on complex cross-border issues.
  • Key responsibilities include devising and implementing multijurisdictional strategies.
  • You will advise clients on areas such as enforcement actions, global sanctions, trade/export controls, money laundering, asset forfeiture, and white-collar defense matters.
  • Prior experience with sanctions is beneficial but not required.
  • Russian language skills are beneficial but not required.
