Provide paralegal support to attorneys in the Corporate, Finance, and Transactions Groups, specializing in commercial finance and lending matters.
Prepare, edit, and file transaction documents, legal documentation, and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) financing statements.
Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of transaction closings, including pre-closing preparation and post-closing follow-up.
Conduct corporate due diligence, perform lien searches, and analyze/summarize the results.
A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
Requires 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, transactional law, or banking within a large law firm environment.
Must have prior experience with UCC filings and lien searches.
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems, coupled with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Must have a strong understanding of corporate structures and financing transactions.
Ability to work scheduled hours, including overtime as needed, and travel to domestic client locations.
The base salary range is $90,000 - $115,000 for Denver and $110,000 - $140,000 for New York, with an additional annual discretionary bonus.
