Overview

  • Join the Litigation & Disputes Practice Group as a Mid-level Associate, specializing in class actions and mass torts.
  • Defend global companies in complex, high-exposure class actions and mass tort litigation.
  • Manage all litigation phases, including pleadings, motion practice, fact and expert discovery, taking and defending depositions, class certification strategy, trial preparation, and appellate support.
  • Participate in high-stakes trial teams.
  • Directly interface with clients and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Requires 4-7 years of complex litigation experience within a large law firm setting.
  • Candidates must have a federal circuit court clerkship and/or Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with fact and expert witness depositions, and supporting trial teams in state or federal jury trials is required.
  • Must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to the bar in a U.S. state (or capable of prompt admission).
  • Position is open in any of the firm's U.S. offices and offers hybrid work flexibility.
  • Estimated annual compensation range is $225,000 to $340,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, paid parental leave, and paid time off.
