Overview

The firm's nationally growing real estate practice is strategically expanding across the U.S., offering direct access to high-profile clients and complex, cross-market transactions with team members in jurisdictions across the United States.
Advise institutional investors, developers, and private equity clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.
Responsibilities include structuring and executing acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across diverse asset classes, such as office, retail, logistics, healthcare/senior living, student housing, hospitality, and data centers.
Draft and negotiate various documents including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases, and joint venture agreements.
Conduct and manage due diligence, covering title, survey, environmental, and zoning reviews, and advise on development projects from entitlement through completion.
Support clients with day-to-day operational real estate matters, including lease amendments, assignments, subleases, and tenant issues, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across tax, construction, and planning & zoning.
Preferred qualifications include experience with multi-jurisdictional matters, familiarity with real estate development and capital markets structures, and exposure to institutional clients, private equity funds, and REITs.
