  • Position: Mid-level Associate within the Business and Commercial Disputes practice.
  • Location: Based in the firm's Miami office.
  • Practice Focus: Complex commercial disputes, with an emphasis on cross-border matters.
  • Arbitration Work: Represent clients in international commercial arbitration and investor-State disputes.
  • Arbitration Bodies: Experience with institutions such as ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, and ICDR is required.
  • Litigation Work: Handle complex transnational litigation matters.
  • Litigation Scope: This includes jurisdictional challenges, enforcement of foreign judgments/arbitral awards, and sovereign immunity issues.
  • Required Experience: 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior exposure to international arbitration and cross-border litigation is preferred.
