Overview

  • This Real Estate Paralegal position is available in Denver or Irvine.
  • Requires 6-10 years of transactional real estate experience, including managing title and survey projects.
  • Support commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, finance, leasing, and development.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating documentation and managing closing/post-closing procedures for sales, purchases, leases, and mortgage financing.
  • Review title commitments, title documents, and surveys, and conduct comprehensive due diligence.
  • Draft and edit a variety of legal and transaction documents and correspondence; perform legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other resources; and record documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail are essential.
  • Must be able to manage multiple complex transactions independently, with minimal supervision, and possess excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expectation for flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends, sometimes on short notice. Regular attendance is required, and some travel may be involved.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate is preferred.
  • The estimated salary range is $120,000 - $150,000, complemented by an annual discretionary bonus.
