Overview

The firm is an AMLAW 200 firm with an Immigration Practice Group handling high value immigration matters within the broader Labor, Employment, Benefits, & Immigration Section.
Requires previous immigration and labor and employment experience, specifically with employment-based immigration covering temporary visas and permanent residence.
Admittance to practice in Florida is preferred.
Handles a diverse caseload of immigration matters including non-immigrant petitions, employment-based and family-based green card processes, naturalization applications, waivers of inadmissibility, and I-9 compliance.
Drafts legal arguments, analysis, forms, and petition packages, which may include H-1B, O-1, P-1, E-1, E-2, E-3, TN, L-1A/B, NIW, EB-1A, EB-1B, and EB-1C.
Represents clients at interviews before USCIS and takes ownership of cases from beginning to end with limited supervision.
Engages in client communication, government agency interaction, assists in business development efforts, and participates in practice group strategy and development meetings.
Stays updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure compliance and provide strategic advice to clients.
