Capital Markets / Agency CMBS Securitizations Associate (2-6+ Years) – Charlotte, NC Office

This is an Associate position located in the Charlotte office. The anticipated annual base salary range is $225,000 to $235,000. You will be working on commercial mortgage loan securitizations.

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents related to commercial mortgage loan securitizations, including pooling and servicing agreements, offering documents, mortgage loan purchase agreements, certificate purchase agreements, placement agency agreements, legal opinions, and related contracts.
• Manage the closing process for complex transactions.

• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents related to commercial mortgage loan securitizations.
• Track record managing the closing process for complex transactions.
